With the Castagna, I didn't pick up a metallic taste so much, it was more the bandaid character on the nose for mine. I'm normally not too sensitive either - look at my affinity for Henschke!

I think we should start a new secret society that recruits internationally for German Riesling. The GRS - German Riesling Sect!

Yeh, the Coney was definitely corked. I don't think there were too many that got a taste though; Colin pulled the bottle back after realising I think.

I'm less Brett sensitive than many - the Castagna tasted a little metallic though even to me.  Very disappointing.

I have the JL Wolf as Wachenheimer Koningswingert, bar a few bits of punctuation :-)  Looks like a very big vineyard bordering Wachenheim, a little north of Forst.
